The first word that comes to mind when I think of Coach Ty is integrity. I knew from meeting Coach Ty on day one that I would walk away at the end of each workout, feeling satisfied, knowing we both invested 100% and I would achieve the goals we had set for me in the beginning. I had some specific goals in mind that I spoke to Coach Ty about at our first consultation. I wanted to put a little size on my body and maintain the muscle I was working so hard to build and and lean up. At this time I had no plans of competing again.He put together a meal and supplement plan that kept me in a slight caloric deficit but kept my body from wasting away and it was easy for me to follow. He also changed my meal plan every few weeks to ensure my body would stay in tiptop shape.My workouts were all challenging, and effective. To maximize my hour long training sessions,often I was working several major muscle groups at once, using high reps and 15-20 reps, this style of training was new to me. It required a different mindset and was more challenging, but changing things up is good.There were days that were tough and Coach Ty hung in there with me. He encouraged me to push through some challenging moments. Every step of the way I got exactly what I came for. Coach Ty was as dedicated as I was to helping me to achieve my goals. Going to the same gym for 7 years, I realized that I was still doing the same routines and it was time for a change. I have tried many different diets throughout the years and haven’t had the results that I wanted. I have always had a difficult time losing weight and sticking to the diets. Every time I would try the diets would be too restricting or difficult to follow. After looking at many different diets I found one that I could truly follow and didn’t feel like I was starving or not being able to eat foods that tasted good. The Food Plan was from Coach Cane. It was very easy to follow and I started it in 2008! I am happy to say that I continue to follow it today and have lost 70 lbs. Included in the plan is a list of foods that you can choose from and a plan for your cardio. Before I thought if I just watched what I ate I would lose weight but after following the Food Plan I now know that in order to reach my goals I must include cardio in my day. I am a 35-year old male living in Chandler area. I started training in October 2011 because I wanted to lose weight and decrease my body fat percentage. I didnt know much about personal training, so I signed up with one of the large gyms in my area. Initially, I saw some results as expected because I had plenty to lose. However, after over a year, hours at the gym, and thousands of dollars later, I felt that the work and financial investment that I put in didnt really meet my expectations and overall goals. Thats when I started my quest to find the ultimate trainer who can give me the results that I have always wanted without going over my budget. During my search, I came across Arizona Bodybuilding and I knew right away that I found what I was looking for when I met Coach Cane. I discussed my goals with him and he knew exactly what needed to be done because he's been there and done that. Coach Cane pushed me harder to ensure I was not wasting my time and effort at the gym. With his intense training sessions and customized diet plans, I got stronger, gained more muscle mass, and my body fat percentage dropped. For example, before I started training with Coach, my 3rd set 10-rep dead lift was only 225lbs but now its up to 405 lbs! Note, that is 10 reps on 3rd set and not a 1 MAX rep. My body fat was 21% and he was able to bring it down to 8% (or less) - yes, I finally saw my 6-pack abs. Another thing I like about training with Coach is that he holds me accountable. He can tell when I consumed more carbs and sodium that I'm supposed to and he quickly gets me back on track because he really cares about my goals. Lastly, with Coach, I dont feel that Im just another client on what I refer to as "conveyor belt" at other gyms because trainers usually end the clients session when the time is up. He gives me my exercises for the day and he makes sure I finish them even if it takes longer than a regular session. I challenge you to find other trainers who does that. If you want results, I highly recommend Arizona Bodybuilding. Coachs credentials, experience, and knowledge in the bodybuilding world are second to none. *

The first thing that anyone needs to know is Coach Ty is a MASTER of his craft. I have always lifted weights and worked out since I was in high school, but I wanted to reach that next level. I started working out with a personal trainer at a huge corporate gym starting in the fall of 2012. That was 1.5 years of wasted time and thousands of dollars down the drain. I started to become very frustrated and figured that I was that guy who would never be able to get into phenomenal shape. However, then I met Coach Ty. For the first time in my life, I actually have met a trainer that will help me achieve my goals. In 60 days, I have dropped 7% body fat to a total body fat composition of 12%. Coach is definitely the best Personal Trainer I have ever come across. I've been a member of several different gyms and tried personal trainers in the past with limited success. The trainers at the gyms weren't really into it, they had the same workout/meal plan for everyone, couldn't provide much in the way of how everything worked together or mods to the plan and when the clock struck 1 hr...that's it. I can tell you, Coach Cane is NOT one of those trainers! From the moment I met him, he was all about me hitting my goals. First he wanted to know what I REALLY wanted to achieve...was it fat loss, physique, bodybuilding, getting stronger. From there it was finding my starting point both with my exercise and meals, then we pressed forward. Typically on a meal plan I'm either hungry or just hating life, with coach any meal plans were tailored specifically for me and adjusted where needed to make sure I didn't overeat (believe me, I never got hungry) but I had the energy to give. *
