Well established international business owner with over 17 years fitness experince and provided 10 year's military service. He has well over 15,000 hours of personal training sessions he is both qualified Master Trainers, Nutrition Expert and Fitness Expert.

Tom is a Certified Personal Trainer with 20 years experience in the fitness industry. Tom specialize with In Home Personal Training and Nutrition. Tom goal is to help clients achieve their goals in a healthy and injury free environment with an emphasis on balancing diet with workouts. Tom is also a competitive bodybuilder competing in the master level division.

Tom specializes with in home personal training, providing clients with individualized workouts in the privacy of their own homes. Why go to the gym when the gym can come to you.

In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer, Tom has been a financial advisor for 25 years.

Chad goal is to help clients achieve their goals in a healthy and injury free environment with an emphasis on balancing diet with workouts. Chad is also a Top 5 National Bodybuilder competing in the master level divisions.

Chad specializes with in personal training, providing clients with individualized workouts and nutrition plans to follow strictly. He is very big on making sure clients are following diet and workout plans.
